Per-Channel Permissions

Your channels, your way!

With a Pro License, a system admin gets some additional permissions options for channels. This lets you for example set up a channel dedicated to just Avid Media Composer, while another one could just be for recording. You can also set up limits for live viewers, recording and file uploads.

Manage Features

First, the ability to allow or block certain features on certain channels instead of treating all features as "global". To edit this, click "Manage Features" on the channel of your choosing:

Then, choose which features you want to deactivate for that channel. Features that are not activated in the global "Features" menu will not appear here:

Manage Limits

If you click "Manage Limits", you will get options for limiting the number of live viewers and the total size of files uploaded / streams recorded for that channel. Great for setting quotas in a shared environment with many channels:
